THE ANAHATA ACADEMY
Reflexology and Complementary Therapies

Introduction to Reflexology
Saturday 10th March 2012 £25
This is an introductory workshop in the art of reflexology. If you're thinking of becoming a reflexologist, or simply interested in learning how to help family and friends benefit from its relaxing aspects, this is a workshop for you.
This is a one-day experience and you don't need any special equipment other than a towel and a pair of feet. Your own feet will do as you'll be sharing feet with others on the course; although you could encourage one of your friends to attend as well - and use their feet instead!
The workshop is being conducted by Glenys, assisted by some of her reflexolgy students who are nearing the end of the year-long Diploma course which qualifies them to be Clinical Reflexologists in their own right.
More and more people are turning to reflexology as a therapy for all sorts of conditions and it's fast becoming recognised as one of the most effective complementary therapies available.
This workshop is a highly enjoyable - and relaxing - experience in reflexology. From these two days, you'll develop a new skill which can benefit your family and friends - and maybe lead onto other things as well!
Should you decide to train with us to become a reflexologist, your £25 will be deducted from cost of course!
