Benefits of Reflexology

This is a therapy suitable for all ages and conditions and achieves very good to excellent results.   I typically treat conditions such as:
  • menstrual problems
  • asthma and other chest complaints and breathing problems
  • migraines and headaches
  • sinus problems
  • digestive complaints such as constipation or IBS
  • back and neck problems
  • chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, stress
  • water retention - swollen ankles
  • Leaking bladders - men and women
This is a testmonial I recently received from one of my male clients:

"Many thousands of men and women suffer from various types of bladder problem (i.e.leakage)
I had prostate cancer at the age of 47.  I had my treatment and my blood count has now reduced to my correct count for my age.
I had a very small leakage while playing various sports.  I was recommended to try reflexology.  After 6 sessions of my therapy, my leakage has improved by 75%."  TS, Lincoln

The course of treatments have not yet finished, so we'll see just how much improvement there is after that.

Reflexology has been found to be of particular benefit to MS clients, helping with relieving spasms, sleeping, bladder problems and general well-being.

Reflexology is also used in cancer cases, as it may help to reduce the side-effects from the drugs given to combat the cancer, such as nausea. It may also give benefit by reducing pain levels whilst giving the client a sense of well-being.

One of the most important areas where reflexology is now being used is in the alleviating of stress and its related conditions. It is powerfully relaxing, rejuvenating and energising. It can ease feelings of tension and stress that have an adverse effect on the immune system which leads to stress-related conditions in the body. It's also time-out from a busy and sometimes hectic life.

A treatment session typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour and costs £25.
